1. FAFA939 VIP Club program is only provided for registered members of FAFA939.
2. FAFA939 Management reserves the right to change, amend, add, or invalidate at any time without notice any of these terms and conditions.
3. VIP members' participation is to follow the terms and conditions stated under the program and website.
4. VIP Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond are entitled to an automatic upgrade.
5. Our VIP offers are intended for recreational players only and we, FAFA939, may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any matters.
6. FAFA939 also reserves the right to check members' transaction records and login status at any time. If we find out and firmly believe any terminal user or personal group misuses the qualification and rights, we reserve the right to cancel the qualification of VIP members without notice.
7. Upgrade bonus can only be claimed 1 time per VIP Level.
8. FAFA939 reserves the right to interpret, change, and invalidate the rules of VIP members.

Q: How many levels are there for the VIP program?
A: There are a total of 6 VIP levels. The VIP Program consists of VIP, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier levels.
Q: How do I get upgraded to the next level?
A: You will have to deposit the minimum amount required by each tier into your account. For example, if you are currently a Bronze Member, you will have to accumulate a deposit of at least USD 10 to become a Silver Member, and from a Silver Member, you will need to accumulate a deposit of at least USD 20 to become a Gold Member.
Q: How long is my VIP Membership status valid?
A: All the VIP Level is 1 month.
Q: How do I retain my VIP membership status?
A: To retain your VIP membership status for the following month, you need to maintain the relegation turnover required amount before the end of the month. For example, If your current level is Platinum Member status, you will need to achieve a USD 1,000 turnover by the month to retain your existing level for the following month.
Q: Is there an annual or monthly fee to be part of the VIP members?
A: No. This program was created to promote all loyal members who actively patronage FAFA939 gaming experience since the registered date.
